mystery plugs after obd1 motor in obd2 car and harness

I know one is the vtec clip but i am just curious if the others are necessary for anyting on the obd1 motor? thanks guys

If I'm not mistaken, that brown plug is for the evap can on the firewall, only brown plug on the harness.

The second plug looks like the three wire plug for the TPS or the MAP sensor.

was the car that the engine or harness came from an automatic if so extra plugs are normal
