Default removal of radiator support?

i was recently in a little accident. my accord took alittle beating. i need to replace some front end stuff, which i can pretty much do, but the one thing that seems to be giving me alittle trouble is the radiator support. i would i go about removing it?

there are spot welds that need drilled out. are you doing the whole thing or just the top piece? its a lot of drilling to get the whole thing out.
