I believe there is a special drill bit that is designed to drill out "spot welds". Maybe Sears, Home Depot, Lowes or Harbor Freight carries them.

yeah so far i have been using my titanium bits, but is a pain in the *** and is very tedious.
i was hoping there was another way, maybe?

i was using a saw zaw, but came to a stop because i didn't want to start replacing perfectly good hoses.
as for the grinder, is it true home depot rents them? or is it cheaper to just buy one?

IF you have never done this kind of work befor I would suggest take it to the body shop and have it professonaly done.
But if you are going to do this yourself your going to need a welder.
First thing your going to want to do is remove the radiator and condenser.
Next you need to do cross mesurements to make sure your rails dind't move.
Then you drill out the welds and chisil off the radiator support.
Next you sqaure up the new support, clap it and weld.
Now if the support is only pused in alittle and it doesn't need to be replaced then you might be able to just slide hammer it straight.

there is not structural damage if that is what you are refering to.
the rightside of the car is perfectly fine, it's the left side that has the damage.
basically what is damaged is my radiator, radiator support, hood, leftside headlight, and corner lamp.
i'm pretty knowledgable under the hood, so i don't think this will not be that much of a task, just need to get it back on the road.
