Default lean condition, need help.

I have a ls vtec setup. My a/f gauge is reading lean and does not move out of lean. I tried two different ecu's, but the same thing happens. Im running a stock p2t ecu with a vafc2, and i also tried a chipped p28. The weird thing is when I try turning down the throttle on the afc, my motor doesnt run any different, it stays lean. I have a b&m fuel regulatorw/gauge set at 45psi. walbo 255, stock 240 injectors. It was running fine before. It's just giving me problems today. I know the a/f gauge is working correctly. Could it be a fuse or something? injectors?

What air/fuel gauge do you have?? Also do you have a wideband? If you do then check your fuel pressure regulator. I had a B&M go bad on me and at the time I didnt have a wideband and gauge so I blew the motor. (check my sig.)

its an autometer a/f gauge. I think the regulator is fine, because it''s still reading 45psi. Could the regulator still be bad even if the gauge read's fine.?no wideband.

It your a/f guage it sucks. Without a wideband you will not get an accurate reading. Basically that gauge is just a light show. Your car is probally running fine. If you really want to know throw it on the dyno or get a wideband. This is what happens when peolpe who dont know what they are doing try to tune a car with cheap accesories. Ex... Autometer A/F gauge and a VAFC
