I can pickup a ek4 navigation locally for $120 but they only have the center console, harness cut , no media tuner, no tape deck etc.

It can be fitted in a ek4 with 96-98 climate control?
it can be fitted with a 98 heater core?
the radio and cd player would work with out the media tuner and tape deck?
I really dont care if the navigation does not work.

I live in peru to get you an idea of hand work prices installing a complete audio system player, amp, woofer, speakers and wiring between 20 a 40 bucks

With a cut harness and no tapedeck, it's going to be a LOT of work. The media tuner is an addon, and as far as I know, the unit will function without it's presence.

It won't work with the 96-98 heater core, you'll have to get the vents and core from a 99-00.

 

Yeah... the jdm navigation came with automatic mixing valve... ie every thing was automatice like the 99-00 civic climate control whereas the 96-98 was manual. You'll have to swap it out.

its practically impossible to buy a 99-00 heater core in here.. i want to know if it is possibly for a shop that repair and install car air coditioners adapt a electrical motor in my stock heater core??

my climate has the same vents as the jdm ones with te upper dash vent.
by the way I will sell my oem clock soon
