A chev 350 or gut your car until you have a seat and a steering wheel.

Thats as good as it gets daily driver.....I made an extra 70whp+/80tq with the flip of a switch for under $1k.
The TQ you will gains from bolt-ons is a joke compared to what Nitrous can do.
Vibrant header/Greddy exhaust $1,000=15whp/9tq for me
You do the math.....

hes very right, it seems the more and more I do bolt on wise the more powerful my high end becomes yet the less ***** on the street the car seems.

I'm not at all going to be surprized if my time slip(when I get to a 1/4 mile track) read something like 10 second 1/8 mile and 14.3 second 1/4

I'm pretty glad I kept with my plan to go with nitrous seems like the best choice for a street prelude if you live in california and every cop is now on the look out for turbo honda's

Im hoping when I my my smsp header on it will restore some tq down low but I'm not expecting it to be much.

Is there a write up on NOS in honda tech somewhere? So if I do I/H/E my gains would be like 15WTQ and about 25WHP? Also can you juice a turbo?

the short answer is yes, nitrous oxide can we used with a turbocharged car, in many ways to gain power.

But again this is another matter of if your asking these type of questions like this, have you done enough research on your own to be ready to handle nitrous in your car? Probably not.

We can't tell you your gains because its different for everyone and there is more then 1 different type of I/H/E that all produce different gains at different locations all around the world.

I doubt it.

But I know for a fact that this setup would work:

damn that juicer's V-Tech solenoid must be HUGE ! i dont really think torque is that low to be honest.. if it isn't enough then u might have to go V8 or something, its a honda.. top end of the powerband is whats important

f that dude, no torque down low sucks *****. This is coming from a guy that had a 200whp lude that revved to 8k. Its fun for the rare times you have room to get on it, but low end tq is way better for a DD.

Just think about it this way......B series have alot less TQ! Imagine driving a Teg or Civic Si with 100-115tq and just a little less weight than a Prelude.

meh, mine is kinda peppy down low and its not even tuned.

if you want torque, get a V8.

nothing cheap (besides nitrous) will take care of the torque issue, and your not going to be spraying nitrous just driving around on the street or jumping into traffic.

Enough seconds to smack V8's and Turbos around in some cases.....
I think the fascination is making more power than 99% of N/A 4cyls out there for about $1k.

The OP is trying to avoid a FULL N/A BUILD.

Speak for yourself! Muhahahahaha!!!
This is part of the concept behind my 3 stage system.....I can play with a 35-50 shot on the street and get over 100 at the strip.

YES!!!!!!!! I love the NAWS!
