Default Burning oil like crazy on gas down!!

To whom it may concern,

I have a 1997 JDM Integra Type R and I have just did some mods on the head namely, exhaust flow porting, 12 tow head facing, Skunk2 high compression steel valves and pro series valve springs and titanium retainers. Pro 2 cams and pullies in the near future, after solving this problem...
I used a new head gasket torqued as in the honda manual and it runs smooth without any smoke even if you rev it up to 5000rpms but as you go for a ride and you go for full throttle it smokes burning oil!! It is drinking oil more than petrol! I opened the head again and I found out that the pistons were covered with oil!! The intake was clean but the exhaust was really dirty due to the oil burning! I remounted everything and the same thing happened! I did a compression test and it resulted in 260PSI on all the pistons! The engine is not breathing and I really don't know what could be the problem!! Can anyone help me please???

Were valve seals also replaced when you did the head?

U can still see the cross hatch marks on the bore but I don't know exactly the mileage! I replaced the stem seals twice!! If it was from the seals it will burn oil at the moment you start the engine but as I said it will burn oil when revved over the vtec range!! Does anyone knows why I'm getting oil on top of the pistons when the compression is so high? I don't want to dismantle the engine & end up with the same problem!!

your pistons have 3 rings. 2 compression rings and an oil control ring

its perfectly feasible for you to get excellent compression and still get oil passing the rings. i would be tempted to say drive the motor for a week, and NOT use VTEC, and see if it burns oil.

all VTEC engines burn oil when they're driven hard, mine does a lot too. if it doesn't burn oil when you're driving gently...... i'd be tempted to say there isn't a major problem

I did another compression test and it resulted in 260 psi again!
How much should it be?
With a 12 tow head facing and high compression valves I should be around 12:1, right?
How much should I read in psi?
I need to be sure that it is coming from the rings before I open the engine again!
Can anyone help me please??
