Default How fuel efficient is a B20B swap in a Civic (EJ8) compared to the B16A?

Since my motor is seized, I have the opportunity to replace it with another D16Y8 or something with more power. I am considering a B16A or a B20B. I would like to know which one is more fuel efficient for driving in the city? I am leaning towards the B20B because it has nice low end torque. When I drive, I hardly shift past 4K so that means I do not like to rev high.

depends on the condition of the engine, driving style, tranny, etc.
