New motor startup ...coolant
During the startup of a freshly rebuilt motor do you just fill the radiator and fill the radiator as the block and head take it or is there some other way ?

just keep adding til it doesnt take anymore, make sure the radiator is full tho before startup. make sure its mixed. If you get any fluctuations you will need to bleed it.
