Abysmal spelling aside - I can stitch up the egregious wounds in the English language later - your radiator cap may be broken, your thermostat in backwards, a hose collapsed, your radiator damaged internally or a coolant passage blocked. Undo the bleeder screw on the upper water neck and let it idle. Also, put real coolant in it and run the car with the heat going full blast so no air pockets develop in the heater core.
