Ok I need some help here. I cant seem to get my 91 civic to pass emissions. I have tried products such as the one that gaurantees you to pass emissions or double your money back. That didn't work. I tried to put in another product to stop oil burning and that didn't seem to help much either. All I have done is header intake and high flow cat. Can my cat be the trick ? Somebody stole my box of parts from my shed with my old cat in it. So am I screwed ? Any other methods to help me ? thanks

 

is your "hight flow cat" just a test pipe? if so there's your answer. Also it would help if you posted your emissions printout they give you when you fail. Whats your CO,HC ect.
