I got a eg6 with a b20/vtec that im no longer going to need but my its got a p28 from a 95 civic SOHC ex. Im not sure if its chipped or not but its got a vafc2 on it. My question is can i put the vafc and ecu in my brothers 95 civic si eg6?

 

Yes, that should work fine.

Most normal people wouldnt use a vafc2 and chip the ecu. So hopefully it's not chipped.
