Default type r pistons

are GSR cranks the same as type R cranks? and if i put type R pistons on the gsr crank with a gsr head what will happen? thanks

1) stroke wise, yes they are (87.20mm)

2) It will raise compression by 1-1.5 ish depending on if you use the USDM or JDM
