I'm really new to all of this but I use a FMU but some people on here have been warning me against that (with out offering me any alternative). It seems to be doing fine for me though, once or twice I've had the fuel cut out a little but then it gets right back on it. I bet I can fix it if I get bigger injectors.

Get rid of the fmu. With the tuning solutions out nowadays an fmu should be only used in emergency situations.

You need to get a chipped p28 (w/cromepro) ecu from a 92-95 civic ex and a ob2-obd1 jumper harness.

Get some 450cc or 550cc injectors and some to tune it and your all set.

With that fmu you have no control over the fine tuning of the engine and that will cause to holes to magically appear in your block.

I'm running a ZC/D16Y8 minime setup with Garret T3/T4 A/F .60 at 7psi externally gated with a TiAL 38mm. I have the DSM bluetop 450cc injectors, running stock D16A6 fuel rail, pressure regulator, pump. I had my ecu tuned and it runs pretty strong.

Use the walbro pump. The dsm 450's will work, they will be a little tight to get into the fuel rail, but boring out the o-rings will make them fit.

I'm running a sohc zc at 9psi on a .42/.48 with a walbro pump and dsm 450's chipped and tuned with crome and it runs very strong.

yeah I'm wondering the same thing because I've been using the fmu for a few weeks and first off even when I'm not boosting my gas milage has gone to hell and I also know it's not a really a legit set up.
