Default Are the Civic (92-95) Rotors and Integra (94-01) Rotors same width (thickness)?

I have a EG6 and when I bought the car the guy said he put 94' Integra brakes on the car (4-wheel disc).
But I want to upgrade my brake system with SS lines, Hawk HPS pads, and brembo blanks.
When I was looking into the rotors i figured I should get the Integra ones since I have the calipers... But it said the rotors will only fit 90-01 Teg & 99-00 Si.
I know the Civic & Integra rotors are the same diameter but I don't know if they are different thickness.
I'm willing to guess I am right with the Teg rotors, but I want ease of mind with getting it right with the first order
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

If the guy did put Integra brakes (front rotors looks visibly larger than the rear rotors), then you can buy 90-01 Integra, 92-00 Civic EX, 94-95 Civic Si ABS, 94-97 Del Sol VTEC, or 99-00 Civic Si rotors.
