RPM's fluctuate when accelerating
Hi, I have a 1994 Honda Civic Ex manual transmission with a V-TEC motor that has been giving me problems. Once the car has reached operating temperature (about 20-30 min), the rpm's fluctuate up and down when accelerating. This only happens when you accelerate making the car impossible to drive because it stalls.
Any help will be great.

try replacing the pcv valve. sometimes they get clogged and cause the motor to fluctuate.
also, when was the last time you did a tune up?

eww...that can be the problem (if the wires are old enough). yeah, i just reread the post and noticed that you said it stalls as well.
go ahead and replace the wires and the pcv valve should be located on the intake manifold.
here this link as a sketch:

item number 6 is the valve. it is a cheap replacment, like $3.
