here is what happen for my mom mini-van, while driving on the highway the van just die. you cant even hear a noise and not notice that it die all you see is the dash lights, but if you park the car and restart it will start right back up. please help.....thanks

Sounds like you have a bad ignition switch. It may be covered under warranty. I can't remember if it falls under that category or not.
