eagle stroker kit????
I have heard that eagle does not plug up something when they machine them can some one tell me what exactly is that???? because I have one but I have not put it in yet for that reason. And would that be some thing were you can spray air into it to clean it out or what can you do to be safe????
I dont know. because I was doing a search on them and some people were saying not to use it because when they machine them they do not plug up some holes and **** gets in there. or unless they were just talking ****.
i have read that as well. people have stated that eagle must plug the ends of the oil passage from the main to the rod journal and then do additional machining allowing shavings to be trapped in the passages until your warm engine oil carries them to your bearings.
i have used an eagle crankshaft but i removed the ***** they peen into the passage, tapped the hole and installed plugs so i can remove them for cleaning. so i have had no problems.
for those of you that are wondering how to remove the *****. tack filler rod to the ball with a tig welder and then you can pull the ball out
