fresh oil change, full tank of super gas, and a very VERY high cliff cost about 80 bucks

im sorry to be a dick...there really isnt anything you can do for 200 that will make that car quicker dude..maybe an electronic supercharger?? but thats ghetto as hell. if anything...save up for a swap or save up for turbo/tune

You could get a sawzall for under $200 and start chopping. Weight reduction is free.

Other than that... I'd say a drop-in K&N, and remove the stock intake resonator. It's not as loud as a CAI, and will only cost you about $40. Anything else will be over your budget.

You did get an honest answer. There is no "best upgrade for the money" for an LX. You are either going to swap in a D16y8, swap the D16y8 and turbo, or swap in a B18b1 OBD2 and boost that.

200 will get you nothing that is going to improve the performance of your car. I would save up like Probot said and get a swap.

dude, not trying to be ridiculous. but with $200 budget spend on performance parts and a single cam non vetc engine. there is nothing much u can do.

i honestly wasnt giving you a ridiculous answer...well the first part was, but that was purely for laughs on both parts...but for real, unless you swap or swap/boost youre not getting anywhere with 200 bucks

EDIT: here...you're a little less than half way there... http://www.hmotorsonline.com/s...30021
