Default Turbo charge or Super Charge?

I'm thinking of getting a type-r, but I'm not sure if I can Supercharge or Turbocharge it. If I can do both, which is better to do on a type-r.

You are new, so i'll be nice and tell you to search. People have done both. Its really about your goals and budget.

IMO, in the end nothing beats a properly sized turbocharger. Even on a 1.8 you can get half way decent spool with wicked top end.

AKA: Full Race GT28RS Stage 1 Kit. The only setup I'd even consider. Tuned with Hondata, I'd set the boost around 6psi, hit 270-280 and call it a day.

That's Roger McDaniel's hatchback, it's pretty crazy. He lives in North Carolina.

Anyway, as for the original poster, it's all about personal preference... Do what YOU want to do. Just do it right.

That's not a bad idea either.

JDM ITR (96spec) - NA for life!
USDM GSR - 2.0L + GT3076R + S300 + Mase = 503whp @ 21psi

The ITR was meant to be a NA car. That is all!

O and R59, we have talked via PM a few times. I will be heading up to CT soon - keep in mind if you go toward the shoreline area.
