Default MAP SENSOR ISSUES!

okay so ive alot of rumors about swapping b16a in and then the idling is wierd and the map sensor is likely the probelm. but heres my problem, it all ran fine until i put in my alarm and then changed the FUEL filter, then my idling started getting all wierd, and sumtimes if i leave it idling for a while it'll jus shut down, i checked the code, MAP sensor.
so before i jump to conclusion i wanna no is there anything i can do
things i no is that while changin the fuel filter i might have accidently brok the lil tiny clip that the connector fits into when u slide it in the mapsensor, but the map sensor should work fine. but now u can jus pull the connector out, it stays on, even when i smash it stays on.

ive already reset the ecu after removing and cleanin the connector, then fastening it on tight with electrical tape.
and i was also thinkin i might jus need a new connector.
any advise?
my friend says its my ecu thats messed. im running a spoon p28.
