Default a/c line question....

alright, well im trying to figure out some things about the a/c lines in my car. I just bought a 1993 cx hatch(stock), and have a 1994 donor coupe ex(stock motor). I tried to swap over the condenser and lines but the lines changed diameter. Is it cause of the year difference or because of the motor, or the refrigerant, i don't know when they did the r-12, R-134 swap?.....can anyone shed any light on what the situation is, and what I should do about getting some lines for the hatch?....cause in Kentucky it's like 110 and 90% humidity...and it's killin me..lol

It could be due to the r134a changeover. Why don't you just swap all the components together from the coupe?
