Brake/Rotor Help
Im going to attempt to try to replace my brake pads and rotors on my 97 Civic HX, Im not very adept mechanically, but Im struggling right now and can't afford to take it to a shop. I have most of the tools I think i will need, I do car audio for a living so I do have tools....But I have been asking around at work and other friends, and they are Saying I will possibly need a caliper pressure tool? So Im starting to think this process won't be as easy as I think....
If anyone could please give me a quick run by on what exactly I'll need as far as tools, and procedures Ill need to take...I was hopeing this would be somthing easy like unbolt then bolt back on
but im sure its not. So any helpful tips or maybe tutorials known out on the web would be greatly appreciated!

It will be easy, even on your first try. You don't really need a caliper compression tool, I sometimes use a pipe or something that can push the caliper in using manual force.

No need to be scraed, just don't break any of the lines open or you'll have to bleed the brakes.

The only thing you might have a problem with is if you have rear discs you CAN'T just push the piston back in it MUST be turned and pushed back in this is made a bunch easyer with the right tool.
