is the main relay the same form a 94 civic and a 95 integra>?>?

yes, believe it or not, i have seen the same relay in 90-93 accords and even my 89 accord.

92-00 Civics and 94-01 Integras are all the same. Older Civics and Integras look similar but the pins are different.
