If anyone is interested, I did some testing with 5w-20 motor oil and had the oil analyzed the last change. Here is the chart from the analysis. So far so good with it. I am going to stick with this weight. I may try Royal Purple next, but, I'm not certain on that.

you put 2200 miles on that oil....this analysis is worthless. You should be going at least 5-7k on M1. Some people take it all the way to 10k easy.

Yeah I do.

My analysis was fantastic on 15-50 M1/Max life homebrew 6k miles....interstate trips and a full weekend at Road Atlanta plus atlanta commute

Like I said, your analysis is worthless you did maybe 1 weekend...it could easily go 5k.

 

Agreed, i was expecting another 5k at least. Hoping for a 10K
