Default flywheel qustion

I just bought a new clutch + 10pound flywheel. I heard that putting lighter flywheel messes with your weight of your engine balance. I really dont know much but someone said to me " don't do it your going to expletive your engine up" I know allot of people that has put lighter flywheel and nothing goes wrong. I just wanted honda-tech members to give some input on this topic. thanks
