Alright I remember a while back there was a thread about Eg hatch front bumpers on sedans. I tried searching and couldn't come up with any results, so if anyone can help me out with this or can post the link it would be greatly appreciated.
I too have heard of this and think it's a novel idea.
You have to swap the fenders, bumper, likely the grill, hood, and likely the headlights as well.
Some modification of the radiator support might be necessary as well.
Bump for someone who can clarify. I'll look around for more info.

And this thread provided a little more info as well.

Though i find it hard to believe that you would need to cut/re-weld the fenders to have the coupe fenders. But Oh well.

i think if ur swapping the sedan front end out for a coupe or hatch front end i think all u need is the fenders and bumper. i think the front rad support is the same. but dont quote me on it. find a pic of a 4dr with the hood open and a pic of a 2dr with the hood open and just compare parts on the front end such as bolt patterns for the bumper and rad support.
radiator support is the same but no you gotta change the hood too its a lito off i believe i had a friend with a 4dr running a 2 dr cf hood it was a lito shy off the edges

There is no grill on the 92-95 civic.
To get the 2dr. and hatch font end on your car you need these from a coupe or hatch:
Hood, fenders, front bumper, cornerlenses (to match the new fender) and you are good to go.
Headlights are the same. The reason you need 2/3dr cornerlenses is because the holes on the 4-door fender for the cornerlense (the holes where the two pegs on the outside of the lense go) are different from the 2/3dr holes.
Ive heard that when people use the 4dr hoor it sticks out (only a little bit) in the front because its longer. I could be wrong about that though, but Im 100% sure of all of the other Items I listed.

Sweet. This should be enough info now. O.P. does this all straighten it out for you?
