Front End Conversion
Can anyone tell me exactly is necessary to convert the 93 Ferio front end to the Coupe/Hatch front end. A frined of mine wants to do it and i'm not exactly sure but i'm thinking he will just need the Coupe/Hatch bumper and maybe the fenders. Need to be sure i'm right, if i'm not i would like to know what he will need. Thanks

Ummm, unless I'm either on crack or really haven't been paying attention, all the 92-95 Civics had the same front end. And I'm not on crack.

hatches and coupes have differant front bumpers and corner lenses then the sedan.

the picture above is a 4-dr with a 2-dr/3-dr bumper; the fenders and cornders are both 4-dr. I think that there are slight enough of geometry differences that there are two distinct sides to this story:
A: it would be really easy to make some minor modifications to the vehicle to get any combination of the corners, fenders, and/or bumper swapped, but
B: it will take a -lot- of work to keep it from looking ghetto and out of place

You don't need to change the hood. The headlights are the same between the 2,3,4 doors.

hahaha yeah you're on crack they are not the same
you d not need to change the hood because they are the same. im not sure if the fenders bolt right up. if they did then the conversion would be a piece of cake
fenders, corner lights and bumper from a 2dr/3dr and thats all you would need
