Exaust (D16Y7)
Listened to some sound clips in the exaust thread.
Need some more input, or rather experienced recomendation on exaust sytems though.
I need something that isn't ANNOYING LOUD with my D16Y7 that will sound nice and throaty not that high pitched shreek.
Plans to swap B16A3, so compatability is nice
Recomendations? (Links too if possible
)

Selling it, got a nice offer
Was going to wait until after swap, but if I wait it will just be laying around in my garage, might as well make something off of it while I can

if you are keeping the exhaust manifold with the converter attached nothing is going to be annoyingly loud other than a straight pipe. i had my stock exhaust manifold and a 5zigen catback and it wasnt loud at all, however i put a header on it and moved the cat udner the car, and now its kind of unbearable
Stock.
Having a catback on a b16 is a waste of money. 1-3 whp is not worth $300-600
As long as the exhaust is for your chassis it's basically compatible with whatever engine.

But I'm selling my stock exhaust, Don't want anything rediculously loud, and I want the nice look of an aftermarket exhaust :D

Then get an obx twin loop, a vibrant with a polished tip, or do what I did and get an 07 si muffler and have a shop weld it on.
The "look" can be had very cheaply and still be quiet.
