Default Fueling issues

Hey guys I am having a surging idle issue with my car and can't seem to find the problem. I had the original f22a1 intake on it and it surged after I did my boost setup. I changed to a h23 intake on this install and it is still surging. I can't seem to get it to stop the wawawawa 1200rpm thing, this also causes it to be jerky in normal low speed/low rpm driving. I know when I turn my key over the fuel pump never turns off, if I were to just turn the key to the on position and not start the pump would run until the battery died...

It didn't do this when I first put the Walbro 255lph pump in, could this be the cause of my surging idle problem? Why does my fuel pump not stop priming?

what kind of car do you have? sounds like your relay is stuck.
try hitting it a couple times.

1st make SURE you have no intake leaks.

Then check out your IACV per the FSM.

I haven't found any leaks. I am getting a code 14 for the IACV but have tried 2 known working ones. I think that I will check the connection on the ECU today when I get home from work. Does this make the idle and near closed throttle hesitant and bouncy?

Hmmm, I wonder what the problem could be...
Yes the IACV is what controls the idle so you might wanna start there.
