im not 100% on this one, but on my girlfriends civic, i had to replace a temp switch that was under the distributor on the head. I see that the H has the same switch on it as well, so that would be my guess. it was $24 at advance auto.

the fan switch is the sensor where the upper radiator hose connects to the head
that first sensor with the green plug

Isn’t the fan switch where the bottom radiator hose goes into the engine? Where the thermostat is located?
If you pull that plug of the switch and jump it with a paper clip or wire, while the car is on the "on" position, the fan should turn on, if it doesnt its your wires that are faulty, if it turns on the fan then its your fan switch thats not working properly

Also check your fan relay located in the "under hood" fuse box. When you jump the fan switch plug thats closest to the bottom radiator hose it should switch on with a clicking noise. If it doesnt thats the problem
