Hi I have a ST rear sway bar on my del sol and its starting to rust like the paint is peeling off etc do they go bad ? should I replace it with another one ?

 

No take it of sand it down a bit and paint over it with some rustoleum...

o ok I just thought maybe it weakened it or something...

 

Not unless there are holes in the strut, or deep rust areas, sanding (with like 220 grit), primering, and painting it will do just fine.
