Default Best way to get off paint spots?

Well, I have quite a few paint splatters on the whole bottom passenger side of my car. They've been on there for quite a while so what would be the best way to get them off?

x2

a clay bar removes any contaminates on a paints surface. overspray, tar, anything.

the mothers or meguiars clay kits will be more than sufficient for the job you have.

I already tried the mothers clay bar and it didn't work. Is there a clay bar that is more abrasive?

be careful tho as to the clay will pull the contaminates up, but at the same time scratch the paint with the contaminates removed...

lol **** just bring it to my house and i'll take care of it. im in lavergne, thats only like 45 minutes away...
