Some pre 04 CL/TL and Type S parts can be swapped, just do a search.

TL and CL suspension parts are interchangeable, like the struts, sways, I believe the front upper strut bar, the steering wheel, etc.

Engine, Trans, Sways, Strut bars, steering wheel, hids, etc. There is a lot that you can swap.

Well not as good as aftermarket stuff, but probably better than stock. If you got some Teins for instance from an Accord, you could put them into a CL or TL no sweat.

I wouldn't bother too much with a TL or CL sway, just save up for a Comptech one or Progress one.

Then go with an 04 TL-S rear sway bar. It's 20mm and can be had (with brackets and bushings) for about 50 shipped (brand new). The brand name sway bars are not much thicker and cost 2-3x as much as the TL one.

The 04 TL-S rear sway bar fit just fine into my 4cyl 02 accord. Don't see why it wouldn't fit in yours.
