are the wires the same for like vtec installation. etc

what do you mean. to wire up the vtec? yes it would be the same as like a dx or cx for that matter. just make sure you run them to the right place in the ecu.

the VX already has VTEC so the answer is yes.

so basically the different between these two motor is that one is a 1.6 and one that is 1.5 Liter?
