Default crx window problem

I got my window BACK on the track, but are there any bolts to tighten to secure the window in the actual tracking mounts that it sits in, because everytime i get them situated i try to use it and it falls right back off

Yes, there should be two bolts that hold the window onto the regulator. The window should have two plastic pieces attached to the bottom of it, and these sit on the regulator and the bolts go through the plastic pieces to adjust/tighten.

When I was having a window regulator issue with my previous CRX, I took apart the door panel of the working window and compared the two. Do that and you can see what's missing or messed up.

Same thing happened to my previous rex. You can use a tap n die kit, and re-thread the hole. I didn't have one at the time though, so I just used a slightly larger diameter bolt and it held tight. It's not something you'll be removing a lot, so if you get it right, you could also just epoxy the bolt into the right place....but that's a bit more permanent.
