Default H23 Starting Problem

Car doesnt like to start when first firing up. Acts Like its not getting enough gas.
Fuel presure gauge is at 45psi, running 780cc Precision injectors with Hondata S300. Forced induction car with built bottom end. Just incase anyone asked. Once car starts running seems to run fine. Timing issue or is it just lack of fuel at start up. Wideband reads 18+ and idles right at 950rpms when it finally starts. I have to crank it 7 or 8 times before it starts. Any help would be appreciated.
