you can bypas the system all to gether run new wire cut out the bose system but leave enough you can wire it back in som day just incase you want to sell the car with out the system that is what the shop will do any way i know that is what i do for a living

I also do this for living and if you have installed a new radio you should be able to use your sub woofer RCA out and have no problem. The front and rear RCA out was probably used with the BOSE integration!! Good luck!

the after market head unit wiring is not set up for Bose 6 cd player system
is a good idea to get some speakers though and installing directly to aftermarket speakers, because the stock bose speakers will get distorted with an high frequency output.
your subs would thump but for your stock speakers will probably not or atleast with high volume

if you do get it; post the outcome
would like to know more

Actually i love my stock bose speakers they sound really good at high volume with a right setting on the head unit all i did was install a JL 12 W3 sub in a ported box with a 300watt amp (something small but worked great) and it sounded pretty good to me and my speakers where pretty clear turned all the way up but i have a pioneer premier head unit
