want to do a swap
man, it sucks not knowing how to do a damn swap! all my friend know how to do it and now, they are leaving me in the dust. want my car to have a swap by 2-3 months. so when SIR (Seattle International Raceways) come, they'll be eating my dust.
can someone point me in the right direction on sites that would be helpful and give me some knowledge about motors swaps and whatnot.
sites, video..etc
would be very helpful.
please no negative comment, just another H-T member wanting to gain some knowledge

As long as you can get the current motor out, putting the new one in is a tad easier in most cases just because you're used to wrenching. The learning curve is very drastic.
For the longest time I didn't think I could do a swap on my own. I just had to move to phoenix and meet people in the honda scene to realize how easy it was. After a few friends needed help with their swaps it really is an ice breaker. It's not all that bad at all.
First timers are usually just a lot of trial and error.
