I Have A 97 HB With A B18c, I Recently Got Pulled Over And The Cop Told Me Im Suppose To Go To This Place To Get The Car Smoged..... Now My Question Is.. Is There Anyway To Make The Motor Smog Legal... All Its Missing Is The O2 Sensor And A Cat Will This Be Enough OR Do I Have TO Put The D-Series Back....

Obviously I Know Im Not getting no where with out a cat or the O2 but if i put them on will it pass thats all that missing

 

You'll need all the smog equipment of the USDM equivalent of the B18C, ie: Intake manifold with ports for the Evap and EGR, the proper O2 sensor(s), proper cat, and must be functioning properly. There's more proper information for you in the FAQ's on how to BAR your engine, but that's the basic jist of it. Then, you should be able to take it to the Bureau of Automotive Repair. Providing it is a stock engine, with all the above requirements adhered to, you ought to be able to get it BAR'd. Try real hard, be persistent, and it will all work out just fine.
