when i had my '05 dc5, i passed at my local acura dealer with a test pipe, lol...so, yes it depends on what year it is, and how cool the people are that are doing the testing.

 

I have a 92 accord. I recently put an aftermarket exhaust on it and replaced the cat with a test pipe. I lowered my car so the suspension is bad in the front, it bounce more than twice. There's an oil leak coming from the distributor, I replaced the o-ring but that didn't fix the problem so I have no clue what it is. I replaced the clear turn signal and bumper lens with clear lights. Tires have nice tread, brakes good, bulbs good, and no check engine light. Will I pass and if not who would pass me for a good amount of money.
