Fan shroud, also might want to put the thermostat back in to give the coolant some kind of hang up in the system allowing it to stay inside the radiator a little longer.

put the thermostat back in, u need some drag in the system to allow the radiator to extract the heat.

You should try to find a way to direct more air to your rad, especially since its off set like that. Also im not sure if this might help but you could try a pusher fan instead.

smaller intercooler
vented hood

ummm... find a way to mount your rad correctly. that should be enough to fix it. wrapping things helps too.

Thicker aluminum radiator like a PWR, 10" Pusher fan, Lower temp thermostat, distilled water and water wetter

Those should make the biggest difference, You can also try using some stuff called "Engine Ice" as a coolant replacement. It's used in a lot of bikes that drive on the street or race, lots of friends I know have had great success with this stuff. Only problem is that it's kinda expensive....You should be able to pick it up from most Motorcycle shops just have to ask for it.

Acutally, all of those coolant additives are more smoke and mirrors then they are anything else. I know for a FACT that both royal purples purple ice and Redlines water wetter don't reduce water temps significantly (5 degrees is nothing) and the reason it reads lower on the sensor is because it actually coats the sensor.

get the manifold ceramic coated.

or get a vented hood/raised hood.

you have no other choices

PS put back in the thermostat.
