Honda MTF, available at your local Honda or Acura dealer.

 

do NOT put gear oil in your transmission...

Like they said, never gear oil and just go for Honda MTF. Shifting will be the equivalent to cutting butter with a hot knife. I don't know HOW the fluid could make such a difference, but it did.
