car wont start when its to hot out side
i have a 99 accord ex 2dr, the problem is that the car starts and then its turns off after a secand or two. this only happens when it is hot out side. what is the problem?
Check with a local dealership first, but check for fuel by shootin carb cleaner in the intake where the throttle body is, then crank, if runs for a sec then shuts off u have a fuel prob, its either the pump or the main relay.
actually there is a recall haha thats funny i just seen what yr i have the same car, yes theres a recall go to the dealership but i dont thinks its your problem. more then likely the relay.

Yikes, you repaired one? I'd just replace it, instead.

is that why it would turn off as soon as i would turn it on. is it hard to put the new relay and how long does it take to put the new one on
