EGR Valve??????????????????????????????
theres no emissions where I live, I have an H22 project in an EG, the EG wiring harness doesn;t have the EGR plug in, and im running an OBD1 P13
would wiring in the EGR make my car run better, or is it strictly for emmisions?

You should be fine without it, although if your ECU is reading for an EGR system and it is not present, you may throw a code. The ECU you run for the H22 shouldnt be looking for an EGR system to begin with, so you should be fine.
