Default Innovative Mounts

Hello ITR guru's.

I have decided to purchase the Innovative Mount replacement kit. How many of you are running them on your ITR's and how do you like them? What Stiffness do you guys recommend for daily use and weekend Track racing? (60a. 75a or 85a). I would also like to eliminate the two torque mounts at the front, have many of you done this?
thanks for any replys / flames.

I have innovative race mounts in my itr. the feel is good and almost eliminates wheel hop completely. however, be prepared for a few interior rattles and the interior noise to go up since all the motor vibrations go right threw the body. I would recommend them

the only problem I had with them is if you install them a little tweeked your going to have problems shifting at redline. my mounts went right in but then I had problems shifting from 2nd to 3rd. I had to loosen the mounts and shift my motor over a little for it to shift correctly..02

I know user Ali runs them in his car.

FWIW, I'll be looking into a set shortly.

Im running the 75A's I think. The black ones.

Here's some threads where either I or other people have discussed them.

There are some more threads that discuss them if you search under archived posts.

Just a heads Up, I installed the red bushing mounts. They are really soft, and very streetable. Not a big deal at all. They are the softest poly mounts i have ever tried. I would recommend them since they arent harsh at all.

Does the vibration increase so much that your rear view mirror vibrates on idle with the Red bushes ?

The red ones are way too weak for track days. I've killed mines in 4 races.

Where do the 2 extended bolts go that you get with the kit? and did ye remove the spacers on the OEM bolts on the rear mount to fit it?

This is the problem, did ye reuse your rear bolts with the spacers? tried to find replacement bolts but have been told Honda use an awkard thread pitch

Is this enough thread to be safe?
