It's possible, but definitely not easy. You have much learning to do, young one.
What you want to search for is how to put an F22 into a Civic. There's an F-swap thread around here, I forget who did it now, but I know it involved a lot of customization. Nobody's going to just be able to give you some checklist here on that swap.

There's really no advantage of having an F motor.... If anything build a G23 or something along those lines (h head on an f block). Big NA power without big K motor money
