need to pass nj inspection

hi, i have a 98 civic with LS swap running with high flow cat but i failed the sniff test. is there anywhere i can pass it? any suggestion would be great. thx

you should post your gas readings like HC CO CO2 NOX O2 so some can better understand what you failed and also probally put the standard cause I wouldnt be sure that it is the same as where I live
