Default cometic phuzion .051 head gasket PROBLEM GT35R

has anyone ever had a problem with the fuzion head gasket ( the one with the silver ring) the reason im asking is because the radiator overflow is boiling over after hard pulls and boiling in the top hose. no white smoke, oil is fine,no oil in water, both hoses get hot,and temp on the dataloger is at 208 max. i changed the cap, bled the radiator with the front jacked up and the heater on... all thats left is the headgasket??.................... this is the setup

put the front end on the lift again bled the radiator AGAIN for and hour all thats is left is a headgasket.. unless there is a special way to bleed these sleeves.. im guessing that the head gasket only leaks during high cylinder pressure so the water does not have a chanceto enter the chamber. and the air builds up and takes the place of the water..'

maybe your running to much timing so your head is lifting and now the Hg is compromised

Was the head resurfaced and FINISHED correctly for the metal gasket?

VERY LOW TIMING .. and low boost only 7 lb's till i figure this out.. and the head had 20thousandths taken off.. the ring is gas filled so it expands with lifting
what head gasket is the best ??? i would rather use stock but that will make my compression 10.1

id say get rid of the cometic pHuZSi0N gasket and run a oem. 10.1 isnt that bad, just get a good tuner.

The head is supposed to have a certain surface finish for a metal gasket, not just plained.

Leaking aftermarket metal gaskets due to people not having the head surface properly finished is a pretty common occurance.

yea any good machine shop will leave your head with a almost mirror like finish when they resurface heads. if it doesnt look like a mirror, you got screwed.

maybe you can look into golden eagle headgaskets for this build if there available. Like you stated, the tune is fine, your not pushing is too hard
