Default electrical dilemma

I have Depo fog lights on my coupe and they have worked flawlessly for the past 8 months now they don't turn on. The harness is all intact, I checked the fuse and the relay, both are in working order. I even checked the connectors for the fog lights and both receive 12v when the switch is on. I hot-wired each lamp assembly to check that they functioned and they both worked. I checked that the ground was good too. The lights should work but they don't! Now, the car had been sitting for a week and a half and had a dead battery and was jumped (I was not present so I don't know how they did it) and from that point on, the lights have not worked. Any suggestions? Am I missing something??

Checked that, it's good. Like I said, the whole harness has power when the switch is on but when I plug in the lights, it doesn't work.
